Our Misson
Hsa Thoo Lei Learning Center was founded by Mrs. Phori Rattanachairuedi to provide education opportunities for migrant and internally displaced children.
The school ensures access to education, protects children from unsafe environments, and helps build better futures for hundreds of students each year.
Starting with just 25 students and a single teacher in 1999, we have grown to serve nearly 1,000 students with 57 dedicated teachers
